By the way I am obsessed with this at the moment When you BBQ, do you go to the supermarket and get one of those tubs of pre-made coleslaw with chopped cabbage carrots and thick mayonnaise? Would you like to know a recipe that puts a healthy spin on that and can be whipped up in minutes in your very own kitchen. Here it goes....
Ingredients
1/2 head of red cabbage chopped
1 grated large carrot
1 red onion chopped
1 pomegranate seeds separated
3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Mix in a bowl and serve
